今天，由于我个人的一些原因，决定与北京国安足球俱乐部终止工作合同，这份合同本应该在本赛季结束到期。

我要向在这段时间里所有为我工作提供帮助的朋友们表达谢意。

感谢所有的球员，感谢你们的奉献和努力，在场上传递出了我对于比赛的热情和追求。

更要感谢北京国安的董事长，因为你给了我一个来到中国执教的机会，尤其是能够在中国最重要的足球俱乐部执教。

在远方，我也将会以北京国安球迷的身份继续关注和支持这支球队，去庆祝大家的每一场胜利。

Today I have reached an agreement with Beijing Guoan to terminate my contract, which was due to expire at the end of the season, for personal reasons.

I would like to thank all the people and staff with whom I have worked over the past few months for their cooperation,

the players for their commitment and dedication in bringing all my ideas to the pitch with enthusiasm and professionalism,

and the Chairman of Beijing Guoan for the opportunity he gave me to enjoy this new experience at China's most important club.

I wish them every success for the future, which I will celebrate from afar as just another fan.
